HD CRUSH
The HD Series crush range is our signature series, designed from the ground up to be Australia’s best cattle crush with no compromise. Because we wholly own our factory, we can design and build exactly what we want while keeping costs within your budget. We have fine tuned our production process to enable our HD crushes to be hot dip galvanised. Pneumatically operated with patented features exclusive to the Clipex HD series range, our HD series is the pinnacle of cattle crush design.
FEATURES
SILENT DESIGN
The HD series is air operated wth nylon bushes and rubber flooring, creating an extremely quiet environment for your cattle.
HOT DIP GALVANISED
The HD series is hot dip galvanised to 600g/m2, ensuring maximum life in all weather conditions.

Unlike other air operated crushes, the HD series use mechanical locks inconjuction with air cylinders.
STEEL COATINGS
The HD series is fully hot dip galvanised, this ensures guaranteed performance to Australian AS/NZS 4680 standards. Hot dip galvanising is the pinnacle of today’s steel coatings.
PNEUMATIC HEADBAIL LOCK
Dual mechanical infinite locks keep the headbail secure. Locking in any position while maintaining a quiet operation is a must when handling cattle.
Although each lock is mechanical, they are activated pneumatically. This removes all the manual labour having the benefits of a air operated system without the issues of compression locks. Each lock, locks instantly using a steel bar instead of traditional methods that physically use the air cylinder as a lock. This creates compression in the cylinder leading to the headbail not locking securley as the air can compress in the locking mechanism. We created our system to have all the benefits of both mechanical instant locking mechanisms combined with the easy of use from pneumatic control.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL
The HD2000 is available with an automatic upgrade which enables Automatic drafting and sorting. Using independent logic boards, Load cells and sensors the HD2000 crush can sort and draft up to 300 cattle per hour autonomously. See our HD2000 booklet for more information.
WIRELESS CONTROL
If the HD2000 is upgraded to the automatic model, this includes a wireless remote which can operate the crush to enable you to be in the yard while still controlling your crush. The wireless foot pedal is an additional option for ease of use of operations at the headbail such as tagging or catching and releasing in the headbail while having your hands free.
D.E.S TECHNOLOGY
The HD2000 Auto crush is implemented with our D.E.S (Double Entry Stop) system, which automatically detects if a second beast has entered the crush and uses the entry doors to remove the second beast from the crush. The Entry doors will open and close until the second beast has exited the crush.
